This bracelet is made from irregular tumbled 15mm x 18mm Howlite nuggets with two to three small abacus-shaped Haematite beads between each Howlite bead. The beads are strung together on an elasticated string to fit any size wrist comfortably.

Howlite is believed to relieve stress and alleviate insomnia. Haematite enhances mental attunement and dispels self-limiting thoughts.
